They helped us clean up the clutter and made decorating suggestions. We did whatever they recommended because they had been flipping houses for years and knew what to do to get them sold. They had a terrific photographer come and do the neatest 3D video. It was like you could walk through the house at your own pace and make any turn you would want. We got an offer in the first week and they really negotiated strongly for us. We had a couple hiccups regarding termite work and repairs, but they found a good handyman that took care of the work for us. Whenever there was a problem, they had a solution.
