Meet Joanne Carolan

Jeff and Joanne Carolan have been a real estate team since 1993 and have been top office producers and sales award winners consistently over the years. They absolutely love the real estate industry and helping people reach their dreams. They appreciate the RE/MAX family of agents and brokers and support they give one another. They have represented clients in buying or selling many types of properties from residential, commercial, income and land. The Carolans spent 25 years flipping houses and bought and sold hundreds of single family homes throughout Ventura County. This required market value and cost analysis, acquisition, remodeling, and sales.

 

For the last decade they have focused their knowledge and energy on helping individuals and families reach their personal real estate goals. They have negotiated 1000's of contracts and closed many hundreds of transactions. They have a team consisting of a transaction coordinator and marketing expert, but mostly are hands-on with their clients. They have the knowledge, experience, and integrity to assist and guide their clients through all aspects of the transaction, making it as worry-free as possible. They love living in Camarillo and serving their clients and the community. Their annual charity event is a food drive for Food Share of Ventura County and typically collect 2000 lbs of food. They love being healthy and active and enjoy time with their three daughters, family and friends.
